A born and raised Calgarian, Savannah loves living in Calgary. After traveling and exploring the world for a few incredible years, she returned to the city that captured her heart. “There are many special pockets of Calgary, Okotoks has a special place in my heart, as I love to teach yoga out there and it was where I have boarded my beautiful thoroughbred mare with good friends in the past”. Her love for sports, yoga, and animals has helped her in many aspects of life, including business. Her empathetic yet competitive nature fuelled a successful role in sales at Valentine Volvo. She loves working with people and enjoys envisioning a house turning into a forever home through care and personalization. With her sales experience, knowledge in purchasing investment properties, customer service care, and the reputable connections she has made from growing up in the city, she is bound for a thriving career at Charles.

Her tenacity for success in the industry is fuelled by earning the trust and business of her valued clients. She believes in a strong work ethic, teamwork, and transparency and is very excited to join her brother Josh Pearce and Chris Jamieson on the 3Sixty5 Team representing Charles Real Estate. Her passion for lacrosse runs as far back as being on one of the first female box teams in the city, all the way to U16 Team Canada, and onto a Division 1 university scholarship in New York State where she studied International Business.

Her love for yoga excelled into strong personal study and she is certified in Hatha, Therapeutic, and Trauma Sensitive yoga. Around the city, you may see her walking her pup, coaching lacrosse for the Calgary Fury Association, as well as regularly participating in hot yoga classes down south.
